The assembly time depends on the area of the house, how many floors there are and the volume of finishing activities.
When the panels and other elements for the house are transported to the building lot, enough space should be provided for unloading and storing the materials. There should be a space near the foundation for arranging the panels as well. Panels are stored in a horizontal position.
After that a real-size house plan of timber beams is set up on the foundation with special bolts. These beams are used to connect the outside and inside walls with the foundation.
Usually neighbouring elements are connected to each other with connecting drills, screws and nails.
The next step is the roof construction. For bigger projects and when working with large roof panels a crane can be used to lift the elements.
Additionally you can see different houses' assembly in the photo gallery and video pages.
