Timber is the main construction material in producing the panels for our houses. It's dried up to 10% - 15% humidity in advance and is treated with the appropriate substances for decay and combustion.

The standard thickness of outside walls is 14 cm. The panel consists of a timber frame with section 92 х 42 mm, filled with 100 mm glass wool. On the outside a steam insulation is added and then the panel's
both sides are closed with OSB - oriented strand boards 9 mm thick.

The next inside layer is realized with gypsum boards - drywall. They have the same PH as the human skin and can breathe - the ability to absorb the superfluous humidity in the air inside and when it's a shortage to give it back.

The outside part of the wall is finished with additional insulation EPS (Expanded Polystyrene foam) 5 cm thick and with density of 15-18 kg/m3.

The structure of outside walls for two-storey houses is the same but their total width is 22 cm using a timber frame's section 132 x 52 mm.

Outside the walls can be finished with plaster, timber cladding, PVC siding, stone plates or other finishing covers.

Plaster is environment-safe product and it's resistant to aging, changes in temperature, moisture, molds and bacteria. Plaster can be washed and has high steam permeability and low water absorption. It's resistant to cracks, mechanical forces and contamination. The color guarantee is at least 15 years.

Timber cladding is produced from softwood and the boards have thickness of 18 mm and are 8-10 cm wide. The cladding can be mounted on timber laths with screws. Between the laths you can add more glass wool insulation in order to achieve less amount of heat conductivity through outside walls.

PVC siding is a typical North American way to finish the facade of the prefab home. The siding panels are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and can be easily mounted and cleaned, they require minimal care and have high resistance in time. The color choice is quite rich and you can achieve different effects - for instance timber or stone-like pattern. PVC siding is not influenced by moisture, there are no molds and cannot be damaged by insects.
