Payment schedule includes three payments:

1. 50% of the total amount are paid when the agreement is signed.

2. 40% of the amount are paid when the elements are ready, before their transportation and assembly.

3. The last 10% of the amount are paid when the house is completed and the Acceptance report is signed.
