This short video shows a working day at a building site. For about 8 hours three workers assemble all walls of a one storey single family home with a total area of 80 sq.m. The building consists of a hall, combined kitchen and living room, a bathroom and three bedrooms. A slab foundation is built in advance. When the panels are transported, timber beams are connected to the foundation - they form the rooms of the building and will hold the outside and inside walls of the construction.

This prefab house consists of a hall, one small bedroom, one bigger bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen and living room and another smaller bathroom. The attic will be used as a storage space.

This video shows the exterior look of the same one storey house with attic. The building has been assembled on top of an existing partly underground garage and storage space. The outside walls are additionally improved by adding heat insulating EPS panels and then finished with white plaster. On a later stage the owners will decorate the footing with natural stone.
